Package Inspection & Compliance

For security and customs compliance purposes, packages may be inspected.

Customers are prohibited from shipping undeclared or hidden items including cash, cards, illegal goods, hazardous materials, or restricted items.

Rapidcoast Xpress Logistics is not responsible for confiscated, delayed, or rejected packages caused by undeclared contents or customs violations.

Customer are responsible for:

• Providing accurate shipment information

• Declaring all package contents honestly

• Following customs and shipping regulations

• Ensuring prohibited items are not included in shipments

  Storage Fees & Unclaimed Packages

  Packages left unclaimed for more than 14 days may incur storage fees.

  Packages unclaimed after 30 days may be disposed of or sold to recover shipping and storage costs.
